Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests. You may submit a refund request within 30 calendar days of your purchase date by emailing info@almunthirsaffan.com. This period is our own commercial policy. Digital books. Once a digital book has been successfully accessed or downloaded, the purchase is not refundable merely for a change of mind. How an approved refund is made. We return the amount to the original payment method through our payment provider, and we issue a tax credit note that refers to your original tax invoice. The VAT shown on the credit note is calculated from the original invoice, not from a new rate. Once an order has been fully refunded, its download links stop working. Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy restricts your mandatory rights under UAE consumer law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 concerning Modern Technology-Based Trade. A refund or replacement remains available where UAE law requires it, including for a defective product, failed delivery or access, a material mismatch with the advertised description, or a breach of the agreed terms.
