Eng. Almunthir Saffan, a Data Analyst, AI & Digital Transformation Consultant, and Professional Trainer. I help organizations and professionals turn data and modern technologies into practical solutions that support performance, decision-making, and capability development.
My career brings together data analytics, information management, digital solution development, consulting, and professional training. I see technology not as an end in itself, but as a means to solve problems, improve the way people work, and enable individuals and teams to achieve better results.
Academic and Professional Background
My engineering education and technical experience helped shape an analytical approach focused on understanding problems, organizing data, and developing practical, applicable solutions.
For more than 12 years, I have worked across data analytics, information management, consulting, and professional training. My experience includes developing reports and dashboards, building monitoring systems, and helping organizations use digital tools and artificial intelligence to improve their work and support decision-making.
My career includes extensive experience in the humanitarian and health sectors, including work with Qatar Red Crescent and projects involving international organizations such as the World Health Organization, alongside work with companies and organizations across different industries.
I have also founded and co-founded several companies and platforms specializing in data analytics, consulting, professional training, and capability development.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
Knowledge transfer is a central part of my work. I have delivered more than 350 training programs and 7,000 training hours to over 40,000 trainees, working with more than 200 organizations across over 10 countries in Europe and the Middle East.
My training approach connects knowledge with practical application, enabling participants to use technology to solve real challenges and achieve meaningful results in their work.
