Terms of Service

1. Who we are. This website and the services on it are provided by BEPRO IT CONSULTANTS L.L.C (Trade License No. 1191231), represented by Almunthir Saffan, Office No. 242, Property of Shatha Mousa Abda Ali Bin Arab, Muhaisnah 4, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this site. That includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, or submitting false or fraudulent information through any form. 3. Content and services. The site publishes training programs, consultation services, projects and resources for informational and professional purposes. Details, dates and pricing may change. Prices shown at checkout include VAT where VAT applies. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until a booking or purchase is confirmed in writing or through checkout. 4. Books and digital products. Books sold here are digital products, delivered electronically after a successful purchase. Your purchase confirmation page, and the link we email to you, give access to your download and your tax invoice. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. 5. Payments, billing details and tax invoices. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. A purchase is confirmed when Stripe verifies payment, and you then receive access or a download link. At checkout you must give a correct billing address. If you are buying as a UAE VAT-registered business, you may provide your UAE Tax Registration Number (TRN) and business billing details so that we can issue the applicable full tax invoice. We issue our own tax invoice for each paid purchase, in English and Arabic, and a tax credit note for any refund. Only where the appropriate VAT treatment needs review, or an invoice cannot be issued immediately and has to be recovered, may a tax invoice be issued afterwards; this applies to those cases only, not to every purchase, and it does not affect your access to the book. The amount you pay is the price shown at checkout. 6. Training, consultation and project inquiries. Submitting a request asks us to contact you. It is not a booking or a binding commitment by either party until separately confirmed. 7. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, graphics, training materials and books, is owned by BEPRO IT CONSULTANTS L.L.C or used with permission. It may not be copied or redistributed without consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use of a book you purchased. 8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BEPRO IT CONSULTANTS L.L.C is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, obligation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law. 9. Cancellation and refunds. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. 10. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
